What a 90-Day Business OS Sprint Should Ship

90-day sprint ai operations workflow architecture Jun 04, 2026

A 90-day sprint should not end with a deck everyone forgets.

It should ship one useful operating component.

That might be a weekly decision review, a sales-to-delivery handoff, a reporting loop, a customer signal system, or an AI-assisted research workflow. The output depends on the constraint, but the cadence stays the same:

Days 1-30: stop tool sprawl, run the pillar audit, pick the primary constraint, map the messy workflow.

Days 31-60: architect the target workflow, clarify ownership, define the data and decision points, place AI where it actually helps.

Days 61-90: implement, review, and prove the result in a demo day or budget meeting.

The point is not more process. The point is less wasted motion.
